To provide non-personal services for chemical latrines, handwashing stations, and towed portable light towers with generators to support the 221st CAV Annual Training (AT) at the Orchard Combat Training Center (OCTC), Boise, ID.

• Provide 41 chemical latrines.

• Provide 26 handwashing stations.

• Provide 10 towed portable light towers with generators.

• Perform delivery, services, moves, adjustments, fueling, and pick-up of all equipment.

• Latrine services include emptying, cleaning, and restocking portable latrines and handwashing stations.

• Chemical latrines and handwashing stations must function 100% of the time.

• Handwashing stations must be filled when dropped off and when serviced.

• Light towers and generators must function 100% of the time.

• Generators must have full fuel tanks when dropped off.

• All services must meet industry standards.

• Performance thresholds generally require zero deviation from standard.

• Surveillance will be conducted by the POC investigating validated customer complaints.
