Submission & Evaluation
Quotes must be submitted via email to SARA.A.JUSINO-TERRY@NASA.GOV. Each quote must list two points of contact (name, phone number, email address) and remain valid for 30 days. Technical and contractual questions must be submitted in writing to the same email address by the questions due date; telephone questions will not be accepted. Evaluation will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. Offers not deemed technically acceptable will be removed from further consideration. Offerors must be registered at www.sam.gov.
