Eligibility & Evaluation

  • Eligibility: Bidders must operate in Indonesia, have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing in Indonesia, and demonstrate prior experience providing this service in Indonesia.
  • Set-Aside: No formal set-aside is designated.
  • SAM Registration: For procurements over $30,000, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Prospective offerors are strongly encouraged to complete SAM registration prior to proposal submission.

Additional Notes
