The range must be closed to the public during use.
- Classroom Facilities: A classroom capable of handling 25 trainees, with electricity and bathrooms, well-conditioned and maintained.
- Support: Free parking for at least 10 vehicles and storage space for targets, backing, staples, and government-owned target stands.
- Training: Instruction on multiple types of weapons manipulation, including vehicle-based engagement skills, covering both day and night environments.
