New cameras must be 1080p, have a 79.8-degree field of view, be capable of reading license plates, and withstand extreme weather (-40°F, 60 mph winds) with Wide Dynamic Range (WDR). UPS units must provide 90 minutes of battery life. The contractor will utilize existing Cat 6 cables, provide a 1-year warranty, and offer initial training. Installation is expected within 120 days of contract award. Performance will occur in specific dormitory buildings (220, 222, 223, 224, 226, 228, 230, 236, 244, & 248) at F.E. Warren AFB. Special requirements include obtaining base passes, passing background checks, and adhering to escort policies for resident rooms. A site visit is highly recommended.
