Scope of Work
This procurement covers the manufacture and quality assurance of the Periscope Camouflage Cover Omni Ring Assembly #22, designed for Navy submarines, in accordance with Drawing 4491223, Item Number 22, and Naval Sea System Command (NAVSEA) Document PS4491223 (Classified). Key requirements include:
- Design and Manufacturing: Adherence to specified material, mechanical, physical, inspection, and testing requirements.
- Security Clearance: Contractors must possess a Government Security Clearance (DD Form 254 will be provided).
- Government Furnished Material (GFM): NAVSUP WSS will provide RAM Sheets (Item Number 20 of drawing 4491223), which are classified as CONFIDENTIAL.
- Hazard Material: Compliance with NAVSEA Document T9070-AL-DPC-020/077-2 regarding hazard materials.
- Mercury-Free Requirement: All materials must be mercury-free for use on submarines/surface ships, with strict controls and testing for contamination.

Quality Assurance & Testing
