Participants will use the Nox T3 devices for sleep apnea and respiratory function testing, alongside continuous actigraphy and cognitive tests. The devices will be used to measure respiratory function during sleep as part of a collaboration with NASA JSC.

Capabilities and qualifications submitted by interested organizations will be evaluated solely to determine whether to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination not to compete is at the government's discretion.

Oral communications are not acceptable. NASA FAR Supplement Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable. The estimated cost for 10 devices is $70,000. Two devices will be shipped to Ames, and eight to JSC.
