Scope of Work
This opportunity requires the delivery of bulk unleaded fuel (10% ethanol) and clear diesel fuel (highway on-road). Deliveries must be on-call, within one day of notification, and within 48 hours of order placement (with specific provisions for Friday orders). Deliveries are to occur during facility core working hours (7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) at specific locations within the Cross Creeks National Wildlife Refuge, Dover, TN (643 Wildlife Road). Minimum delivery load is 200 gallons, maximum 1000 gallons per fuel type. The contractor is responsible for unloading into FWS storage tanks. Fuel must comply with current National Fuel Quality Standards and ASTM standards, and proper safety and HAZWOPER procedures must be followed. Delivery tickets identifying tank location and OPIS posting price are required.
Contract Details

Eligibility & Pricing

Pricing shall be based on +/-5% of the Rack Price the day of delivery using the average Oil Price Information Service (OPIS) plus the offeror's fixed mark-up price.
