Statement of Work (SOW)

To provide Aviation Fuel (100LL) for the 2026 Wings Over Solano Airshow at Travis AFB, CA.

• Provide all necessary personnel, labor, materials, equipment, management, supervision, coordination, and transportation.

• Supply 4,000 gallons of 100LL aviation fuel.

• Provide an aircraft refueling truck capable of holding the required fuel or a refueling process that does not interfere with show operations.

• Location: Travis AFB, CA 94535.

• Dates: April 23rd - April 26th, 2026.

• Hours: 0800-1700 daily.

• Must possess a road-legal aircraft refueling vehicle capable of travel to and from Travis AFB.

• Vehicle must be equipped with a fuel motor, hose, and fill nozzle.

• Must provide on-call service for additional fuel needs beyond the truck's capacity.

• Guarantee fuel quality and be liable for any incidents caused by the fuel.
