Fort Carson intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) service contract to provide access, infrastructure, and logistical support necessary for the execution of cold weather small unit training operations in and around Polebridge, Montana.

Period of Performance (POP) 07 January 2026 to 25 March 2026

This will be awarded as a 100% small business set-aside.

This solicitation will close at 10:00 AM MDT on 23 December 2025.

This acquisition requires comprehensive land access, logistical support, and equipment storage services in and around Polebridge, MT, ensuring continuous entry to designated backcountry areas for training, storage, and lodging. It must include a secure facility for snowmobiles and dedicated lodging for instructors, a separate site capable of housing 22 support personnel, and a classroom facility accommodating up to 50 students. Additionally, the acquisition should provide a large area suitable for erecting a training camp with tents, equipment, and operational infrastructure within a 15‑minute ski of the training zone, as well as a designated bulk storage site for essential supplies located close to the camp to enable efficient logistical runs and resupply.
