Scope of Work

Contractors will conduct an estimated 23,000 investigative passes annually per contractor across designated Eastern and Western regions nationwide. These passes involve undercover purchase attempts, attempts to acquire non-eligible items, and trafficking attempts at retail stores identified by FNA. Key deliverables include completing and entering results within strict timelines, identifying additional fraudulent retailers, providing qualified investigators, safeguarding Sensitive-But-Unclassified (SBU) information, and complying with NIST, FISMA, and USDA IT Security requirements. Contractors must also produce daily, monthly, and corrective-action reports and maintain high performance quality levels as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).
