Scope of Work

Services include, but are not limited to, grading, spot surface repair, ditch reshaping, cleaning cattle guards, roadside mowing, seeding, riprap placement, slide removal, slump repair, and culvert replacement. Road maintenance services are subject to the Service Contract Act (SCA), while construction services are subject to the Davis-Bacon Act (DBA). Contractors must provide all necessary materials, labor, equipment, and supervision.
