Purpose: The purpose of the Notice is to announce that Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, intends to solicit proposals from vendors to provide Fire Extinguisher Annual Inspection/6yr. Maintenance Services for the Department of Veterans Affairs Pacific Islands Health Care System.
