• RFI - 0001 (Conduit/Fiber Installation): No additional fiber installation is expected to be required for inter-site communication between Vindicator devices. BTS can install fiber if needed, but Building 70's recent upgrade did not require additional fiber.
• RFI - 0002 (Locksmith Hardware): Existing locksmith hardware is on site. There is one civilian locksmith available for Davis-Monthan, whose services will need to be coordinated in advance.
• RFI - 0003 (Door Strikes): Door strikes are already installed and were not part of a previous upgrade. These strikes have mechanisms that release upon correct PIN code entry.
• RFI - 0004 (Exit Buttons/Push Bars): Emergency push bars are installed on emergency exits. Main SCIF entry doors do not have push bars but have cipher lock handles/knobs.

Statement of Work (SOW)

To install, program, and test Honeywell-Vindicator Integrated Access Control System (ACS) components to replicate current IDS/ACS communication pathways over the base Non-Classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet).

• Install and integrate Honeywell-Vindicator ACS components in Buildings 74, 75, and 70 on Davis-Monthan AFB.

• Utilize available fiber strands to connect systems.

• Ensure Building 70 can read IDS/ACS data from Buildings 74 and 75.

• Enable Building 75 to program proximity badges for access to Building 74.
