• Various drawings and specifications are referenced, including Drawing 5545546 (Rev A), WS21292 (Rev A1), 5545547 (Rev C), 5545544 (Rev B), 5545545 (Rev B), 5545543 (Rev A), and PIA-C-5040.

• Change documents include 48/NUE07014-5 and 48/NUE08002-12.

• Applicable standards include MIL-STD-129R, MIL-STD 130N, MIL-STD-2073-1E, ASQ-Z1.4, ASTM D5168, EIA-649-C, and ASTM A240.

• Configuration control is managed per ANSI/EIA-649.

• Packaging, Packing, Preservation, and Transportation shall be in accordance with associated drawings and specifications.

• Ammunition lot numbers shall be formatted in accordance with MIL-STD-1168C.

• Production lot test samples are required and will be subjected to non-destructive testing.

• First Article Testing (FAT) is required, with 5 EA samples per lot of 60 EA.

• Quality Conformance Testing is required.

• Inspection and acceptance of supplies will be performed by the Government.

• This is a five-year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.

• The guaranteed minimum order quantity is 271 units.

• The maximum order quantity is 3,150 units.

• Minimum per order: 271 Each; Maximum per order: 630 Each.

• Minimum to order: 1,355 Each; Maximum to order: 3,150 Each.

• Period of Performance: From 28 Oct 2026 to 01 May 2031.

• Proposals must be submitted electronically via email.

• Proposals must be specific, complete, unambiguous, and address each designated factor.

• Evaluation will be based on Past Performance, Small Business Participation, and Price.

• Past Performance is significantly more important than Small Business Participation, which is significantly more important than Price.

• Offerors must receive a rating of at least limited confidence in past performance to be eligible for award.

• The Government may award without discussions but reserves the right to conduct discussions.
