Scope of Work
The requirement involves engineering, designing, installing, testing, and sustaining comprehensive AV and network infrastructure. Key components include:
- Network Infrastructure: Design and installation of Cat6 and duplex fiber cabling for user workstations, routing to COMM closets.
- Audio-Visual Systems: Engineering, design, installation, testing, and 3-year sustainment of AV equipment. Each room will feature an AV control system, at least 20 workstation monitors, one control station, and a curved LED video wall (minimum 4 inputs).
- Equipment: Provision of Dell U3219Q 4K (32") monitors for all 42 user workstations.
- Services: Site survey, provision of all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control.
- Testing & Documentation: All installed Ethernet and fiber pathways must be tested to EIA/TIA standards, with results, drawings, engineered designs, schematics, and modified drawings provided upon completion.
