Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To engineer, design, install, test, and sustain Audio-Visual (AV) systems and network infrastructure for the Tactical Training Center (TTC) in Building 1040, Rooms 174A and 174B.

• Provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control for the project.

• Perform a survey of TTC in Building 1040, Rooms 174A and 174B, and other relevant spaces.

• Engineer and design the local network infrastructure.

• Install and terminate network infrastructure (Cat6 and duplex fiber) for each user workstation, routing to designated COMM closets.

• Engineer, design, install, test, and sustain AV equipment for 3 years.

• Each room will feature an AV control system in a server rack, connecting at least 20 workstation monitors, 1 control station, and a curved LED video wall with a minimum of 4 inputs.

• Provide and use Dell U3219Q 4K (32") monitors for all 42 user workstations.

• Ensure the AV system and curved LED video wall are compatible with monitor aspect ratios.

• Test all installed Ethernet and fiber pathways according to EIA/TIA standards.

• Turn over all test results upon project completion.

• Provide copies of drawings, engineered designs, schematics, and modified drawings upon project completion.

• The AV systems in both rooms must mirror layout and capability, operating independently.

• All work must comply with applicable installation/facility access and local security policies and procedures.

• Contractor employees must comply with installation regulations, including fire, traffic, safety, and security.

• Sustainment program for 3 years, with a possibility of extension.

• Performance primarily at Will Rogers Air National Guard Base, Buildings 1040 and 1035.

• Services to be provided Monday through Friday, 0800-1700, excluding recognized US holidays and facility closures.

• Government Furnished items are specified in Paragraph 3.0.

• Contractor is responsible for all other equipment, materials, and services not specified as Government Furnished.

• Contractor employees must undergo background checks for installation access.

• Contractor must safeguard all Government property.

• Combating Trafficking in Persons policy must be adhered to.

• Teleworking is not authorized.
