  • Audio-Visual Systems: Engineering, design, installation, testing, and 3-year sustainment of AV equipment. Each room will feature an AV control system, at least 20 workstation monitors, one control station, and a curved LED video wall (minimum 4 inputs).
  • Equipment: Provision of Dell U3219Q 4K (32") monitors for all 42 user workstations.
  • Services: Site survey, provision of all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control.
  • Testing & Documentation: All installed Ethernet and fiber pathways must be tested to EIA/TIA standards, with results, drawings, engineered designs, schematics, and modified drawings provided upon completion.
