Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide management, equipment, supplies, and labor for the renovation of visual and sound systems in the 14th Weapons Squadron Auditorium and four classrooms at Hurlburt Field, FL (Building 91048).

• General: Replace or remove existing wiring as needed. Integrate new media cabinets with existing projectors or inform the government if replacement is necessary. Install a control box/panel for audio/video switching. Ensure all equipment supports NIPRnet and SIPRNet. All installed equipment must be serviceable within 3 business days of notification.

• Auditorium: Install a new media cabinet (similar to Middle Atlantic Sota C5 Credenza) to house AV equipment. Update wiring for the 14-speaker system. Install or renovate equipment for video telecommunications with 1080p resolution and motorized camera functions. Replace existing projection screens on the West and East walls with 16:9 aspect ratio motorized screens.

• Classrooms (Rooms 118, 119, 120, 133): Update wiring for sound systems. Integrate current Ideum Pro tables with podium computers and AV systems. Install or renovate media equipment, condensing it into a new cabinet. Replace existing speakers with 4-6 6-inch speakers controllable via the one-touch system. Install an Uninterruptible Power Supply for podium computers (minimum 5 minutes). Ensure projectors can display different and duplicate images from the podium computer.

• All work must comply with manufacturer specifications and Hurlburt Field guidelines.

• Equipment must be 100% functional per manufacturer manuals.

• Operation checks will be performed with the 14 WPS POC before task completion.

• Any government property damaged by the contractor must be repaired or replaced at the contractor's expense.

• All work to be accomplished within Building 91048.

• Complete renovation should take no more than 4 weeks, working Monday-Friday, 0830-1630, excluding specified holidays and family days.

• Contractor must provide all necessary parts, equipment, tools, and labor.

• Contractor must provide their own electricians.

• Contractor shall provide owner's manuals, manufacturer specifications, and warranties for new equipment.

• Contractor shall clean/remove all debris to an offsite location upon completion.

• Removed equipment will be turned over to the 14 WPS POC.

• Contractors will be escorted on base and supervised for operational security (OPSEC).

Wage Determination
