Additional Notes
The Government is not using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, for this solicitation. However, interested parties may identify their capability to satisfy the requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. The acquisition may be subject to Free Trade Agreements and/or World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement if relevant DFARS clauses (252.225-7036 or 252.225-7021) are included in the solicitation.
