Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide 15-passenger vans that are operational and capable of withstanding multiple terrains, similar to those found at Ft. Irwin, CA and the National Training Center (NTC).

• Provide 15-passenger vans with automatic transmission, air conditioning, power windows, and locks.

• Vehicles must use diesel fuel or unleaded gasoline and be equipped with a full tank of fuel upon delivery.

• Each vehicle must include one (1) 5lb fire extinguisher.

• All parts must be fully functional per the operator's manual.

• The government reserves the right to vary quantities by +/- 30% and adjust the Period of Performance (POP) with 24 hours' notice.

• Vehicles are to be delivered to RUBA, Fort Irwin, CA 92310, between 0800-1000 on the first day of the POP for a joint visual inspection.

• Vehicles must be operational and withstand multiple terrains.

• Maintenance calls must be responded to within 6 hours, with repairs or replacements completed within 12 hours.

• Repairs and replacement costs are included in the price.

• Failure to use unleaded gasoline-oriented vehicles will invalidate contractor claims regarding incorrect fuel.

• If using Diesel Operated power, equipment must be compatible with ULSD fuel.

• Location: RUBA, Fort Irwin, CA 92310.

• Period of Performance: 9 APR - 25 MAY 25 (for 2 vehicles).

• Contractor employees must comply with installation access requirements, including background checks and identity verification.

• Employees must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.

• Contractor must provide a company representative on call for maintenance requests.

• Contractor must remove all leased equipment within 48 hours after the POP ends.

• Contractor must coordinate with the Government Representative for delivery and inspections.

• Contractor must provide pre- and post-inspection/acceptance sheets.

• Contractor must label equipment near the fuel tank with "Diesel Fuel Only" if applicable.

• The government will provide Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel.

• A Fixed-Firm-Price contract will be awarded.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the provision of 15 passenger vans to support the National Training Center (NTC) rotation at Ft. Irwin. The vans will be used to transport soldiers to various locations including Yermo, the railyard, Ruba, the aid station, and the motorpool.
