Statement of Work (SOW)

This Statement of Work (SoW) defines the requirements for the installation of Auditorium Audio-Visual (AV) equipment at Building 20, Room 5, for the 15th Test and Evaluation Squadron (TES) on Nellis Air Force Base (AFB), Nevada.

• Installation of Auditorium AV equipment and conferencing capabilities, including all peripherals, cabling, audio, video interconnection, and programming.

• The installation area is 960 sq ft, with an adjacent 48 sq ft telecommunications closet.

• A control processor is required to manage all auditorium devices, provide audio control, and manage sources sent to all displays.

• Video switching capabilities are needed to support all source and display devices, controlled via a central touch panel with a user interface at a desk near the front of the room.

• Display requirements include two 7,150 lumen projectors as primary displays, three additional 75" displays as secondary displays (one on each side of the room), and one confidence monitor in the rear for presenters.

• A single content source 8-port KVM will be used for content sharing across multiple PCs at different classification levels.

• Video Teleconferencing (VTC) capabilities will be supported via the AF7 network, using government-provided equipment. This includes mounting and integration into the AV system to support VTC calls on the projection screens.

• Audio system includes amplifiers, speakers with echo cancellation, two TOA IR handheld microphones, and eight ceiling speakers.

• All equipment will be housed in the existing telecommunications closet.

• Installation, mounting, programming, and cabling for the Auditorium AV system are required.

• The work will be performed at Building 20, Room 5, on Nellis AFB, NV.

• Provide training and manuals to 15th TES members responsible for operations and maintenance of the installed systems.

• Individual Information: Requires details for each person needing a pass, including Company, Last Name, First Name, MI, Full SSN#, Date of Birth, Driver's License #/State, Location, and the Dates/Days/Hours for which the pass is needed.

  • Only REAL ID compliant forms of ID are accepted for base access.
  • Non-U.S. citizens must consult the Pass & ID office and may need to attach additional documents (e.g., Permanent Residency Cards/Work Permits).
  • Completed forms can be emailed encrypted to 99SFSS5B-PASSANDREGISTRATION@US.AF.MIL or hand-carried to Bldg. 20, Rm #114.
  • Pass & ID office hours are Monday-Friday, 0800-1500.
  • Contractor sponsorship of passes requires annotation in the correct block, with additional paperwork needed for routing.
  • Processing time is a minimum of 3-5 duty days; emergencies should be coordinated with the Operations section.
