Scope of Work
The requirement is for one (1) Louden 585 series 1.5 Ton, single Underhung Bridge Crane assembly and one (1) 1.5 Ton AccoLift Electric Chain Hoist with Motorized Trolley. These items are needed to support Project 25B036 for the 76 AMXG shop process, maintaining lift capability. Detailed specifications include:
- Bridge Crane: Patented underhung overhead single girder (Louden Series 604), 24'-6" span, CMAA Class "C" indoor use, VFD motor for traverse (75 FPM), radio/wireless controlled operation with "HBC-Radiomatic Micron 7" remote, flashing strobe light.
- Hoist/Trolley: Acco "Acco Lift" or equal (but brand name justification specifies AccoLift), electric chain hoist (20' lift), VFD motor for hoist (15 FPM) and trolley (50 FPM), H4 duty class, mechanical load brake, overload cut-off.
- General: No paint on rolling surfaces, interconnect schematics, installation/service/operating manuals, factory load/functional testing documentation, design drawings for approval, and compliance with MMAA and ANSI Specification MH27.1.
