Source Approval & Evaluation
The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. However, all responsible sources may identify their interest and capability or submit proposals. For non-approved sources, Government source approval is mandatory. New sources must submit detailed information as outlined in the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Information Brochures (links provided in the original notice). Failure to provide required data will result in proposals not being considered. The time required for new source approval may not delay the award if fleet support needs dictate. This notice is for information only and not a request for competitive proposals.
