The vendor shall supply a vertical, double wall, compact water-to-water indirect heater with the following specifications:

  • Capability: Bring domestic water from 40 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit with 190-degree incoming boiler water.
  • Flow Rate: Minimum 40 GPM domestic water flow; 205 GPM boiler water side.
  • Connections: 3" domestic cold water inlet, 2" hot water outlet.
  • Components: Double wall tube bundle, electronic 3-way control valve, domestic circulation pump (120v controls/pump).
  • Dimensions: Maximum height with clearances not to exceed 90 inches.
  • Safety: ASME pressure and temperature valve set at 150 psig and 210F.
  • Features: Integral temperature control system, insulated per ASHRAE, direct mount domestic and boiler water thermometers with separable thermowells.
