Submission & Evaluation

Vendors must also provide their DUNS & UEI numbers and ensure current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database, which will be verified prior to award. Failure to register in SAM may result in elimination from consideration.
Award will be made to the responsible quoter whose offer is considered most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered equally. The Government intends to make an all or none award on the kosher meals, but reserves the right to make multiple awards on other items.
