Additional Notes
This requirement is for non-CLSSA Foreign Military Sales (FMS) spares. The Item Unique Identification (IUID) clause (DFARS 252.211-7003) is deleted because these assets are wholly owned by FMS customer countries, will never be delivered to the DoD, and will not enter the DoD supply chain. They are delivered to a domestic U.S. freight forwarder for shipment to the FMS customer country.
