Evaluation

Offers failing to provide required source approval data will not be considered. The Government is not using FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) for this solicitation, but interested parties may identify commercial item capability within 15 days of this notice. This acquisition may be subject to Free Trade Agreements.
