- Existing Requests: If a source approval request is already under evaluation, a copy of the cover letter should be submitted with the offer.
- Failure to Qualify: Offers failing to provide required source approval data will not be considered. The Government may proceed with award to meet Fleet support needs if new source approval cannot be processed in time.
