Source Approval & Evaluation
This is a sole-source action under FAR 6.302-1, with NAVSUP WSS intending to award to LOCKHEED MARTIN. All responsible sources may identify their interest and capability. However, new sources must undergo Government source approval. Information on the source approval process is available via NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Information Brochures (links provided in the original notice for Spares and Repair). Offers failing to provide required source approval data will not be considered. Award is contingent on meeting qualification requirements per FAR clause 52.209-1. The Government will not use FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) for this solicitation.

One or more items are subject to Free Trade Agreements and/or World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement, if relevant DFARS clauses are included in the solicitation. The lack of response from other sources will be considered as disinterest by NAVSUP WSS.
