Evaluation

Distributors of approved sources must submit a copy of their authorized distributor letter, on source letterhead, to the buyer point of contact via email at the time of proposal submittal.
Additional Notes
This solicitation is issued under EAF Authority (formerly SEPA). For Foreign Military Sales (FMS) non-CLSSA spares, the requirement for Item Unique Identification and Valuation (IUID) under DFARS 252.211-7003 has been deleted. This is because these assets are wholly owned by FMS customer countries, not covered by a Cooperative Logistics Supply Support Arrangement (CLSSA), and will never be delivered to or owned by the U.S. Government or entered into the DoD supply chain.
