Response & Evaluation
This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 45 days after the publication date (by July 1, 2026) will be considered by the Government to determine if a competitive procurement is feasible. Interested persons may also identify their interest and capability to satisfy the requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice (by May 31, 2026). The Government intends to acquire these supplies using FAR Part 15 procedures and is not using FAR Part 12. UID and Buy American Clauses will apply.
