Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Statement of Work (SOW) details the requirements for repairing or replacing multiple garage doors across various facilities at Martinsburg Air National Guard Base.

• BASE BID: Replace the existing 12'W X 14'H vertical lift overhead door at Building 119 with a new 12'W X 12'H power-operated, insulated, low headroom clearance overhead door, including a new recessed header and all new weather stripping. Existing electrical circuits will be utilized.

• Government Furnished Equipment: The Government will provide basic/minimal documents and site access. No other equipment, services, or property will be provided.
