Source Approval & Competition
NAVSUP WSS Philadelphia intends to solicit with INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION INC (053H3) and AVIOSS LLC (7V3W5), identified as Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and the only known sources for repair support. The Government does not own the data or rights to purchase from additional sources. A Source Approval Statement applies, and non-approved firms must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR); however, the procurement will not be delayed for SAR approval. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation for consideration. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, but proposals received within 30 days of publication will be considered for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

The Government is NOT using FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items).
