Response Requirements
All responsible sources may identify their interest and capability or submit proposals. However, only previously approved sources have been solicited. Interested parties may also identify capability to satisfy the requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice (by January 30, 2026).
Additional Notes
The Government will not use FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) for this solicitation. A determination not to compete is solely at the Government's discretion. Award is contingent on meeting qualification requirements at the time of award (FAR clause 52.209-1).
