Scope of Work
The requirement is for 10 Side-by-Side ATVs capable of seating 4-6 people with seatbelts. Key salient characteristics include:
- Enclosed ROPS-approved cab: Hard roof, doors, glass windshield with wipers, and an HVAC system.
- Performance: 80+ horsepower, power steering, 4-wheel drive with selectable modes, and a 2,500lb or greater towing capacity.
- Additional Features: Full plastic or metal skid plate, dual disc brakes, 2" receiver hitch, and basic manufacturer warranty. Preferred models are Can-Am Defender Max Limited or Polaris Ranger Crew XP Northstar Edition Premium, but "brand name or equal" equivalents meeting all salient characteristics will be considered.

- Delivery Schedule: Staggered delivery to the 137th SOW Contracting Office in Oklahoma City, OK:
