Install a new trench bed and backfill.
Add a wye fitting for a cleanout near the disconnection point.
Cap off a second, unused pipe from the building.
Core drill a new knockout at the manhole if necessary for pipe alignment.
Test the new pipe according to industry standards.
Restore the excavated area and surrounding grounds to their original condition, including asphalt replacement with compacted stone.
