The scope further covers installing, configuring, and commissioning two (2) Fire Alarm Reporting System servers with operator workstations to monitor the facility Fire Alarms Reporting network. The final system must be fully functional, passing existing alarm hierarchy from thirty-eight (38) Fire Alarms Control Panels (FACP) to the new servers and radios. All work must meet or exceed Federal code, environmental conditions for Syracuse, NY, and comply with Department of Defense policies and Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), specifically UFC 1-200-01 and UFC 3-600-1 Section 1-4.3.
