Vessels must feature either slewing or fixed ramps, be capable of 21 days without resupply, maintain a minimum speed of 10 knots loaded, and possess a 5,000 nautical mile range. The contractor will provide hotel services for a minimum of two Sponsor personnel and supply tie-down materials for USMC vehicles. Fuel will be procured by the contractor on a reimbursement basis. The layday commences August 12, 2026, and cancels August 14, 2026.
