Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for providing lodging services to members of the 183d Wing (183 WG) and tenant units participating in or supporting Regularly Scheduled Drills (RSDs).

• Provide all personnel, supervision, facilities, and services necessary for lodging.

• Tasks include providing rooms and related services for 183 WG and other designated personnel during weekend RSDs.

• The Base Lodging Office is located at the 183 WG, Abraham Lincoln Capital Airport.

• Reservations accepted 24/7 on a first-come, first-serve basis, booked from a lowest price up basis and availability.

• Reservations must be guaranteed late arrival rooms.

• Individual members cannot create or alter reservations.

• Male and female guests shall not share rooms; married couples may request to share.

• Hotel must have adequate, secure, and lighted parking facilities.

• Front desk staffed 24 hours a day, with military identification required for check-in.

• Personal payment method required for incidental charges.

• Cancellations accepted by KO by Thursday of the week before RSD; KO notifies hotel by Monday of RSD week.

• Government guarantees payment for rooms reserved but not used (no-shows).

• Daily housekeeping services required, including linen changes at least weekly.
