Meals must include a choice of two meat entrees, two starches, two vegetables, a tossed salad, bread, fresh fruit, 2% milk, tea, soda, and at least two dessert options. Coffee and "to-go" meal options must also be available. All food must meet specific temperature requirements (hot foods >135°F, cold foods <41°F). The contractor's facility must be within a 45-minute drive of the ALANGB.
