Scope of Work
This RFI seeks information on a new, commercial-grade, mono-hull aluminum research work boat, approximately 34 feet LOA (±2 ft), model year 2025 or newer. Key specifications include:
- Vessel: Aluminum welded hull (5086-H116 / 5052-H32), twin 250 HP 4-stroke outboard engines, 250-gallon fuel capacity, enclosed work cabin, gill-net lifter, hydraulic power pack, navigation components, DC electrical system, bilge system, safety equipment, and a bow thruster. Construction must meet or exceed ABYC and ABS standards.
- Trailer: One fully welded, one-piece, hot-dip galvanized boat trailer (e.g., Tuff Trailer commercial specifications), triple-axle, goose-neck configuration, 17,200 lb. load capacity, and a 3500 lb. winch.
- Delivery: Complete package to Yellowstone National Park, Mammoth Supply Center, 22 Stable Street, Mammoth, WY 82190.
Contract & Timeline
