- Regular collection a minimum of three times per week (some locations four times per week) during Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30 hours.
- Collection of yard waste (tree cuttings, branches, grass clippings) up to three standard garbage bags at no additional cost.
- Emergency/additional removals for yard debris and construction waste within 24 hours of notification, compensated at contract rates.
- Provision and replacement of three heavy-duty bin liners (minimum 100 cm x 60 cm) for each residence on every scheduled collection day.
