Contract Details

• Payment Terms: Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) within 30 days of receiving a precise invoice, packing slip, and proof of delivery.
• Delivery Period: Within 30 days after receiving the Purchase Order.
• Vendor Requirements: Vendors must have a physical business address in the United States, demonstrate good financial health, be a related field supplier, and possess the requested items in their current stock. NDAA Act-889 compliance is required, with a signed scan copy of the certificate.

• Deadline: Close of Business (COB) February 16, 2026.

• Evaluation Criteria: Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology. Award will be made to the responsible vendor whose quotation meets all technical, physical, functional, and performance requirements, complies with the delivery schedule and RFQ terms, and offers a fair, reasonable, and lowest acceptable price.
