Scope of Work
This Request for Quotations (RFQ) requires the manufacture and delivery of SHIMs. Key requirements include:
- Manufacturing in accordance with NAVSEA Drawing number 7108111.
- Mercury and mercury-containing compounds must not be intentionally added or come into direct contact with hardware or supplies.
- Maintaining configuration control for the total equipment baseline.
- Maintaining material traceability from the material to all required Objective Quality Evidence (OQE).
- Packaging in accordance with MIL-STD-2073.
- Unique item identification for delivered items.
- Provision of a Certificate of Compliance.
- Quality system requirements in accordance with ISO-9001, or MIL-I-45208 with MIL-STD-45662 as an alternate.
- Government Quality Assurance at source.
- Final inspection prior to Government inspection and acceptance.
- Material sampling inspection for form, fit, and function with lot acceptance based on zero defects.
- Test certifications must be positive and unqualified.
