Evaluation
This acquisition will follow Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 12 and 13). The government will conduct a comparative evaluation based on price and other non-price factors. Quotes will be ranked from lowest to highest price, and evaluations will proceed until at least two competing, acceptable quotes with acceptable past performance are identified. The award will be made to the offeror whose quote is determined to have both a fair and reasonable price and be the most advantageous to the Government.
Additional Notes
Offerors must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) and submit quotes electronically via email. Proposals must include a completed SF 1449 and the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications—Commercial Items. Offerors must agree to hold prices firm for 60 days from the closing date. Late submissions will not be considered.
