Scope of Requirement
The requirement is for six (6) POV parking spaces that must meet the following criteria:
- Available and accessible 24 hours/day, 365 days/year.
- Premises monitored by security cameras.
- Indoor or outdoor surface lot with lighting at all times for security.
- Reserved exclusively for the Marine Corps.
- Located within a 0.1 to 0.5 mile walking distance of 165 Chambers Street, Manhattan, NY 10007.
- Any necessary key cards or access items must be included with pricing.
Period of Performance
The projected period of performance includes a Base Year (12 months), followed by Option Year 1 (12 months), and Option Year 2 (12 months). Specific dates will be determined at the time of award.
