Scope of Work

- Two (2) Rotary Screw Style Air Compressors: 30 Horsepower, 3 Phase, 480V, rated for 125 PSI at 130 CFM. Must be new, commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) products. Oil-free or oil-filled compressors are acceptable, with base-mounted preferred. The intent is to use one compressor at a time in a lead-lag scenario.
- One (1) Desiccant Air Dryer: 3 Phase, 480V, rated for 250 CFM at 100 PSI. Must be new, COTS. This should be a continuous-duty, dual tower, regenerative heated desiccant dryer with a three-valve bypass system, maintaining a dew point of -40 degrees F at 100 PSIG. Heated or non-heated dryers are acceptable. The contractor shall also provide training for approximately 14 people on the operation and maintenance of the system. Delivery will be to St. Stephen Powerhouse, 1275 Rediversion Road, St. Stephen, SC 29479, during specified hours (Monday-Thursday: 0800-1100, 1300-1600).

Evaluation & Award

The Buy American Act is in effect, and purchases originating from outside the US will not be accepted.
