Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To procure two (2) new, all-weather, all-terrain Utility Task Vehicles (UTVs) for the Grayling Air Gunnery Range to ensure uninterrupted, year-round operational support. The vehicles must be capable of safely and reliably transporting up to six personnel and their associated equipment across challenging terrain in all weather conditions for tasks including range inspections, target maintenance, safety oversight, and emergency response.

• Procurement of two (2) new Can-Am Defender MAX Limited HD11 UTVs.

• Vehicles must be in a camouflage pattern.

• Engine: 999cc, 100 HP Rotax V-twin engine.

• Cabin: Fully enclosed cab with HVAC climate system, full hard doors, and electric-opening tinted windows.
