Evaluation
Award will be made based on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology. Quotes will be ranked by price, and the lowest-priced technically acceptable offeror will receive the award. Technical acceptability will be rated as satisfactory or unsatisfactory based on the ability to provide the specified High Power Amplifiers. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions.
