Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This document is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the "COVER, SLAD" (NIIN: LLH929613, CLIN: 0001). The government is procuring this item, and the solicitation details the requirements for its manufacture and quality.

• Compliance with safeguarding covered defense information controls (NIST SP 800-171) is required.

• Prohibition on the acquisition of covered defense telecommunications equipment or services.

• Prohibition on contracting for certain telecommunications and video surveillance services or equipment.

• Terms and conditions for simplified acquisitions.

• Prohibition on a ByteDance covered application.

• Prohibition on unmanned aircraft systems manufactured or assembled by American Security Drone Act-covered foreign entities.

• Delivery is required within 30 days.

• FOB Destination.
