Key Requirements
- Security Clearance: Offerors must have a valid U.S. Security Clearance of Confidential or higher to access classified annexes (NFQN0010425QYC8) and handle classified material per NSPOM.
- Approved Sources: This is a Source Control Item. Only currently Government-approved sources will be considered. New supplier qualification is extensive. Evaluation
NAVSUP WSS Mechanicsburg will consider past performance in the evaluation of offers, in accordance with FAR 13.106(a)(2). FAT is required to determine quality for potential vendor qualification.
